For agencies and multi-brand teams
Social media management for agencies and their clients.
Give each brand its own workspace and run them all from one place: one bill, one team, one calendar and one set of numbers. See what needs you across every client before anything slips.

How it’s organized
Your agency, your clients, your people.
Three levels, each with a clear job. Brands stay apart, while billing, the team and the big picture stay together.
Organization
e.g. Studio North
Your agency or company. It pays, holds the capacity and knows everyone.
- One plan and one bill, with invoices
- Channel slots and AI images, shared by every workspace
- The team: owners, admins and members
- API keys and webhooks
- Overview, calendar and analytics across every brand
Workspace
e.g. Northwind Café
One brand or client. Nothing in it shows up in another workspace.
- Its own connected channels
- Calendar, posts and post templates
- Content library with folders
- Brand Profile for the AI assistant
- Approval rules and client access
People
e.g. Emma, Editor
Everyone gets exactly the access their job needs, brand by brand.
- Owners and admins work in every workspace
- Members only where they’re invited
- Manager, Editor or Viewer in each workspace
- Who can approve, set per person
- Channel-level access per member
Organization overview
Every brand’s health on one screen.
The overview counts what’s scheduled, what waits for approval and what failed across all workspaces, then lists what needs you, most urgent first. A click takes you into that workspace, on the page where you fix it.
- Channels to reconnect, failed posts, approvals waiting, brands with nothing planned for the next 7 days
- A table of every workspace: channels, posts, engagements, engagement rate and a Healthy or Attention status
- Workspace cards with channels, people, posts scheduled this week and the last publish
- A switcher with search to jump between brands, or between organizations

Organization calendar
All your clients’ posts, in one calendar.
See every workspace’s publications together, in your organization’s time zone. Narrow it to one brand, one network, a status or one person’s work, in a month view or a list.
- Filter by workspace, channel, status and author
- Published, scheduled, waiting for approval and failed, at a glance
- Open any post to work on it in its own workspace, under that workspace’s rules

Organization analytics
Compare your clients, side by side.
Posts published, engagements, engagement rate and follower growth across the organization, each against the period before. Then every workspace in one table, and every account in its network’s own terms.
- The last 7, 30 or 90 days or 12 months, filtered by workspace and network
- Views and impressions stay per network, never added up into a made-up total
- Top posts across every brand

Team management
Your whole team, brand by brand.
Invite people once to the organization. Owners and admins work in every workspace; members only in the ones you choose, with a role in each. One person can be an Editor for one client and the Manager of another.
- Organization roles: Owner, Org admin and Member
- A Manager, Editor or Viewer role in each workspace, and who can approve, set per person
- Invitation links that last 7 days, can be renewed or withdrawn, and only work for the invited email address
- Change access, remove people or hand over ownership whenever you need to

Roles
Exactly the access each job needs.
Workspace roles decide what someone can do in a brand; the organization role decides whether they see all brands. Approving is a separate switch, so it never comes bundled with a role.

In the organization
Owner
Everything, including the plan and payment, transferring ownership and deleting the organization. There is one owner.
Org admin
The team, workspaces, API keys and webhooks, and Manager access in every workspace. Sees billing and invoices but can’t change the plan.
Member
Works only in the workspaces they’re invited to, with a role in each. Sees organization totals for those workspaces only.
Inside a workspace, a manager can also limit which channels each person can post to.
Team insights
See what each person did, everywhere.
Every team member has a page that gathers their work from all workspaces: what they created and published, how it performed, and what they’ve been doing lately.
- Workspaces, posts created, published and the engagement rate of their posts
- 30 days of activity and a breakdown for each workspace
- Their top posts, publications per channel and contributions such as approvals, comments and templates
- Recent actions, marked when an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT did them on the person’s behalf

Client access
Clients approve, and see nothing else.
Invite a client to their brand’s workspace as a guest. They see the posts and the calendar, leave comments and, if you let them, approve. Your other clients, your team and your settings stay out of sight.
- One workspace per guest, with view access and an optional “Can approve”
- Analytics only if you turn on “Clients can see analytics” for that workspace
- Make the client the only approver by turning off approval for owners and admins
- Approval covers the exact revision reviewed; an edit sends the post back for approval
- An approved post is scheduled right away if its time is still ahead

A week at Studio North
How an agency runs on Postivate.
Four brands, a small team and clients who approve their own posts.
- 1

Start with what needs you
The overview says Atlas Fitness needs its Instagram reconnected, two Northwind posts wait for the client, and Juniper Dental has nothing planned for the week. Each fix opens in the right workspace.

Tuesday
Plan every brand
Editors fill each brand’s calendar in its own workspace, with its Brand Profile and channels. The organization calendar, filtered by author, shows who is working on what.

Wednesday
Clients sign off
Kara at Northwind asks for the Saturday hours, Ben adds them, and the new revision goes back to her. Once she approves, the post is scheduled.

See how each brand did
Organization analytics puts the four brands side by side for the week. Open any of them for the per-account detail.
Billing
One account pays for every brand.
One plan, one bill
Every workspace runs on the organization’s plan. The owner manages the plan, add-ons and payment; admins can see the subscription.
Capacity you share
Channel slots and AI images are a pool for all workspaces. Add 5, 10 or 25 more slots, or more images, without changing plan.
Invoices in one place
Download every invoice from the billing page. If a payment fails, everything stays readable while you fix it.
API, webhooks and MCP
Built in for your own tools.
API keys for the organization
A key works in every workspace or only the ones you pick, with only the permissions you give it. Keys can never approve posts.
Webhooks per organization
Get published posts, failures, approvals and channel problems from all workspaces or selected ones, signed.
Organization tools for AI agents
Over MCP, an assistant like Claude can read the organization overview, calendar and analytics, as the person who connected it.
Agencies FAQ
What agencies ask us.
How many client workspaces can an agency have?
As many as you need. Workspaces are unlimited on Starter, Pro and Business. What your plan sets is the number of channel slots (5, 15 or 40), and those are shared by all of your workspaces. You can add packs of 5, 10 or 25 more slots on any plan.
Do we pay per team member?
No. Pro and Business include unlimited team members and clients, with no seat billing. Starter is for one person.
Can someone work on only some of our clients?
Yes. Invite them as a member and pick the workspaces they get, with a role in each: Manager, Editor or Viewer, plus whether they can approve posts. Inside a workspace you can also limit which channels a person can post to. Owners and admins work in every workspace.
What is the difference between an org admin and a workspace manager?
An org admin runs the organization: the team, workspaces, API keys and webhooks, with Manager access to every workspace. A Manager runs one workspace: its channels, approval rules, Brand Profile and who has access. Only the owner can change the plan, transfer ownership or delete the organization.
Can a client approve posts without seeing our other clients?
Yes. A client joins one workspace as a guest. They see that brand’s posts and calendar, can comment, and can approve when you turn on “Can approve” for them. They never see other workspaces, your team, the content library or any organization page. Analytics stay hidden unless you turn on “Clients can see analytics” for that workspace.
Can the client be the only one who approves?
Yes. In the workspace’s approval settings, turn off “Organization owners and admins can approve” and give “Can approve” only to the client. Posts then wait for the client’s approval, and an approved post goes straight to the queue if its time is still ahead. Approval covers the exact revision that was reviewed; if the post changes, it goes back for approval.
Can I see what each team member has done?
Yes. Each person has a page with the workspaces they work in, posts created and published, the engagement rate of their posts, 30 days of activity, what they did in each workspace, their top posts and their recent actions, including the ones done through an AI app such as ChatGPT or Claude.
Can I compare clients in analytics?
Yes. Organization analytics shows posts published, engagements, engagement rate and follower growth across every workspace, with a table that puts the workspaces side by side. You can filter by workspace and network and look at the last 7, 30 or 90 days or 12 months, within your plan’s history: 30 days on Starter, 12 months on Pro and 24 months on Business.
Can I edit posts from the organization calendar?
The organization calendar is for seeing everything in one place: every workspace’s posts, filtered by workspace, channel, status or author. Opening a post takes you into its workspace, where you edit, reschedule or approve it with that workspace’s rules.
How do invitations work?
Owners and admins invite people to the organization; workspace managers invite teammates and clients to their workspace. Postivate gives you an invitation link to send however your team talks. Links last 7 days, you can issue a new one or withdraw it, and the person joins by signing in with the invited email address.
Who manages billing?
The organization has one plan and one bill for every workspace. The owner manages the plan, add-ons and payment; admins can see the subscription and download invoices. Ownership can be handed to another person at any time.
