Each workspace has a Brand Profile: what the brand does, who it talks to, how it sounds and the rules it never breaks. Every AI feature writes with it, so a café and a law firm in the same organization never sound alike.

Is AI writing included in my plan?
Yes, on every plan and in the free trial. It is included under fair use: if an organization writes an unusual amount within an hour or a day, AI writing pauses until that window ends and then resumes on its own.
How many AI images do I get?
Starter includes 20 a month, Pro 100 and Business 500; the free trial has 10. Images are shared by all of an organization’s workspaces, and you can add packs of 100, 250 or 500 more images a month on any plan.
Does the AI publish anything on its own?
No. What the assistant writes is a suggestion or a draft. It goes through your normal workflow: you edit it, approvals apply where the workspace requires them, and it’s published only when someone schedules or publishes it.
What is a Brand Profile?
A short description of each workspace’s brand: its name, what it does, the audience, up to three tones of voice, the language to write in and any rules, like “keep it concise” or “no exaggerated claims”. Every AI feature uses it: the composer, AI Studio, ideas, channel versions and images. Workspace managers edit it.
Which languages can it write in?
English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch. The Brand Profile sets the default language, and you can translate any text into any of the others.
Can it write a different version for each network?
Yes. Pick the networks and the assistant writes a version for each, within that network’s limits. In the composer, “Adapt for channels” does it for the accounts you selected, and one click undoes it.
Is my content used to train AI models?
No. Postivate doesn’t use your content to train AI models, and our AI providers don’t either under their commercial terms. Writing features send your text and Brand Profile to Anthropic; image generation sends your prompt with your brand’s name and description to OpenAI. The Privacy Policy has the details.
Can I use the assistant from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Connected over MCP, an AI agent can ask Postivate’s assistant to write a post, edit text or generate an image with your Brand Profile, within the permissions you allow.
